EXCHANGE POLICY
Non Offer Products

2.For Exchange you may return the pair of earrings, necklace or Jewellery set to us at B-36, 2nd floor Sawan park Ashok Vihar Phase 3, New Delhi-110052 within 7 days, with the intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.
3. For any exchange, the shipping to be borne by customers.
Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a Vivazs Store Credit coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future on www.vivazs.com
Note : We do not accept an item that’s worn, damaged or washed in any way or any alteration from the original product which includes the original Invoice and documents sent along the shipment.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
We checked all products thoroughly before packing and wrap them in such a way securely with bubble wrap that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. However, in very rare instance items may gets damaged in transit in those case please contact us via email at vivazsaccessories@gmail.com or whatsapp at +91 9873083525 within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
Cancellation policy
