Refund policy

Shopping online can sometimes gets complex and Vivazs Accessories truly gets that. We understand that you might need a bit of time to decide if your purchase is just right or if you'd rather return it because it didn't match your expectations. That's why we extend a 3-days window for you to make that decision.

Terms of Returns
  • We offer a 3-day return policy. If it has been more than 3 days since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The packaging must include the original invoice, packaging, and tags intact. Items lacking tags will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the cost.
  • There should be no scratches or deformities on the product's surface
  • Ensure that embellishments and sequins on the product are undamaged.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, set at Rs 90 for orders below Rs 1500 and Rs 180 for orders above Rs 1500. • If a customer wishes to exchange the current product for another product or for the same product in a different variant/size, the customer must bear the shipping charges of Rs 135. • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as customized products. These personalized items are made specifically according to your requirements and are therefore not eligible for a refund. In the case of receiving a damaged product, we can provide an exchange for it.

Terms of Refund

  • Damaged or missing products will not be refunded; however, we can provide an exchange for them if applicable. However, unboxing video of the package before opening is mandatory for damaged product.
  • Please report any damaged or missing items via email within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos/ unboxing video of the package before opening it along with your return request. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in no replacements being issued. We are not liable for normal wear and tear on purchased items and will not replace items reported outside of the 48-hour window of receipt.
  • Refunds for Returns: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return (which may take 5-7 working days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash on delivery orders, we will contact you for refund details. The entire process may take 10-12 business days.
  • Additionally, damaged or missing items must be reported via email within 48 hours of receipt, with photos and Unboxing Video attached to your return request. Failure to report within 48 hours will result in no replacements being issued. We require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to further process your request. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of packet tampering may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

Terms of Exchange

  • If you have received an incorrect item/ Damaged Product, please submit an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by a picture of the items and Unboxing Video and packing slip.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

    To register a return/exchange request (if applicable), please follow these steps: 

    • Once you have decided to proceed with returning the product, please promptly send an email to vivazsaccessories@gmail.com and WhatsApp message to +919873083525. Include your Order Number, Product details/SKU code, and the reason for returning the product(s). Additionally, attach an Unboxing Video if the product is damaged. Please remember that all return requests must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery
    • Once initiated, it will be processed within 48 working hours.
    • If the Reverse order service (i.e., pick-up service) is not available in your area, you will need to send the product to us. We will provide you with the address.
    • Please ensure that the returned items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect its quality. This is contingent upon your return meeting the criteria of being unused and sent back within 3 days.
    • For COD ORDER, you will be asked for UPI I’d for refund and for PREPAID ORDER, Refund will be done via the same payment method with which you had made the payment in the first place.
    • Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
    • In the case of an exchange, once the product is picked up, please inform us by contacting us at +91 9873083525 (Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm) or email us at vivazsaccessories@gmail.com, and we will dispatch the exchange on the same day.

    We advise you not to accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery. These orders will not be accepted if returned.

    • Please note that there is no return and refund policy on offer products. We replace only damaged products with same design

    NOTE: We do not accept any exchange and returns on HANDMADE products, Sale/Promotional products and on INTERNATIONAL orders.

    To shoot an Unboxing Video, follow these steps:
    • Begin by showing a 360-degree view of the parcel in its packed condition to confirm that it has not been tampered with
    • Open the package while keeping the camera focused on the parcel
    • Unveil the products inside the parcel directly in front of the camera without removing it from the frame
    • Inspect the products for any damage, and if found, display it on camera before ending the recording
